How many invitations should we order?
Remember you don’t need an invite for every guest as many guests will be invited as a couple or family. It is very expensive to order a few extra invites at a later date so we suggest getting 5-10 more than you think you’ll need (just in case). And hopefully one to keep for yourselves too. There is a minimum order quantity of 40 for all stationery.

When should we order our wedding stationery?
If you’re sending save the dates we recommend ordering them as soon as you have confirmed your date and venue booking. Invitations are typically sent 3-4 months before the big day so to allow time for proofing, printing and delivery we would recommend placing your order 4-6 weeks before you want to send them out.

Can we order a printed proof for our stationery?
Absolutely. Please note this will extend the turnaround time for your order and incurs an additional cost of $10 including delivery.

How long will our order take?
After you’ve placed your order and supplied the details to be included on your stationery we will have a proof of your stationery design back to you within 1 working day for your approval. Once approved please allow up to 5 working days for printing, checking, assembly and delivery of your completed order. 

Can we change our order after it has been placed?
Of course. Please keep in mind that this will require a new proof though. New proofs incur an additional cost of $50 each, payable prior to any changes being made. Some changes (such as quantity) will also affect the overall cost of your order.

Do we get a refund if we cancel our order?
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your order, we offer a refund of 50% of your total order cost if your order is cancelled before we receive your signed approval to proceed with printing. No refund will be issued if you need to cancel your order after you have approved it for print. 

Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only delivery to addresses within New Zealand. All parcels are sent via a NZ Courier Service to a physical address and require a signature on delivery.
